Over the 3 weeks, this course will give you the opportunity to start exploring the Moroccan patisserie, bread making and culture from the comfort of you own home. In these sessions you will learn how to make some sweet cookies and biscuits using almonds and a variety of nuts, seeds and flours. Bake some traditional Moroccan breads following step by step instructions from our expert Moroccan tutor. Meanwhile learn about the nuts, seeds and the aromas used in the Moroccan home patisseries/breads, you will also learn tips and hints of the latter. Our learning will be in a fun and interactive environment. The choice is yours to bake at the same time as the tutor or follow the presentation and the live baking demonstration then do it at your own pace afterwards.

We will then look at the dishes traditionally associated with these celebrations. Finally we will find out how to make some traditional Jewish celebration dishes.
