This is then followed by a practical session where students are invited to either work on themselves or one another. Complementary therapies such as face massage, Indian head massage, hand and arm treatments and reflexology will be covered. The course is designed to encourage, motivate, support and educate individuals to embrace all forms of complementary therapy to support there emotional and physical health problems.

This is perfect for anyone who struggles with basic English and lacks confidence. This course will help you with basic phonics with the intent to eventually read. It will also provide real life situations, where you can act out role plays (doctors, school, shops etc) to help improve your fluency and confidence. The course will allow you to be around people who have similar anxieties and will help make friends and build skills!
