On this course you will be able to make small- to mid-sized ceramic objects which you will be able decorate with glazes. You will do this by using three simple hand building techniques.

The course improves the skills of working with clay. The use of slabwork, coiling and pinching and various decorative techniques will be used. The application of underglazes, slips, oxides and glazes will be covered to decorate our pots. Health & safety will be followed. Design skill will be covered and extended. Own ideas will be encouraged and developed.
