Personal Development

Ref: C3847250

One thing the past two years has taught us is that there is no time like the present to grab life and become who you always wanted to become. The New Life New You Program is run over 12 sessions on a Wednesday and is aimed at those who want a better and more fulfilling life but are stuck in a rut and maybe lack the skills to change. We will support learners to challenge limiting beliefs and create a vision for their future that is achievable when they master the personal development strategies we offer. We will explore tools for change- Respond vs React / Assert yourself / Goals for life/ Action taking and discover the true Barriers to change. This program will assist the learners to develop an action plan for the future and look for further studies offered by WEA.
