Our students work with us because they find our approach enables them to gain a more flexible understanding of their problems and of their solutions, which they have not found with other systems and agencies. Our system works on the simple idea that strategies must be include an element of flexibility to accommodate changes and personal differences. Therefore we have included exercises which emphasize an open-minded approach to all individuals who may wish to take part in our courses, whatever the nature of their problems. We feel that using this approach in our communities enhances our availability as well as improving personal character traits.
