Participants will learn how to boost their self-esteem and confidence, practice assertive behaviour, gain tips to improve their sleep, use mindfulness to relieve stress and anxiety and they will identify the impact of positive thinking in their lives.
Course aim
This course will equip participants with a range of tools to help them to restore their best self.

- This course is for beginners
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Identify at least two factors which affect self-esteem.
- Discuss at least two strategies for improving sleep.
- Practice at least two mindful activities to help manage stress and anxiety.
- Describe the impact that stress and anxiety have on the body.
- Change a negative statement into a positive one.
