Tai Chi & Chi Kung

Ref: C3747269

Enjoy learning and practising relaxing exercises to improve your health and wellbeing. Tai Chi and Chi Kung provide a wealth of exercises to explore from the ancient Chinese healing arts. You will be guided in various exercises from tai chi and chi kung. You are always free to take it at your own pace and adapt things if need be, according to any health issues you may have. We will use mainly standing and moving exercises to free up the whole body, improving balance and flexibility - but you can always sit at times if you need to. We'll explore how we can change our internal state to feel better overall, both physically and mentally/emotionally.

Course aim
