On this course learners will discover how to look after their skin with natural skincare products that they can make at home and also learn how to apply makeup. We will also explore how selfcare is inextricably tied to wellness and wellbeing.

Course aim

To explore simple ways to take care of ourselves using natural products, including some everyday things we have in our kitchen cupboards. How to choose the right makeup products and apply makeup.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Explore some budget friendly strategies for feeling comfortable in my own skin.
