Gain some enthusiasm and get motivated, become more efficient, confident and contented with a focus on thinking differently, managing your time more effectively and achieving more of the things in life you want to. Not everyone learns or thinks in the same way, we explore our individual goals, understand who we are as team players and learn how to allow ourselves time to recharge. Have fun and gain some interesting life skills along the way.

Course aim

A friendly and accessible course with a focus on thinking differently, managing your time more effectively, gaining some motivation and enthusiasm along the way.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Express an understanding of the process to help manage and motivate one's self.
  • Demonstrate confidence in one's abilities in commenting on methods for organisation and motivation.
  • Draw from one's own skills and experience in developing skills for motivation and organisation.
  • Display competence in the development strategies for one's own motivation and organisation.
  • Demonstrate motivation and enthusiasm for the subject area.
