Mindfulness and other Techniques to Improve your Well-Being

Ref: C3680125

Suitable for beginners or improvers this course has its roots in Mindfulness practice. Connecting with others through shared experience and support, it will give you the opportunity to STOP and breathe, once a week - to gather your thoughts and reflect on where you are in life. Holistic tools have had such a positive effect on Jude’s mental health and wellbeing over the years and she is passionate about sharing and discussing these (so often very simple) techniques with others. So, as well as developing a regular mindfulness practice, we will touch on meditation and relaxation and other techniques that might support our wellbeing. We will also discuss the importance of self care - it is so easy for us to put others first but unless we can really meet our own needs we aren't much good to others - so we will explore this idea too and commit to looking after ourselves.
