The course is designed to develop your skills and confidence with using your digital device and in using the video communication tool 'Zoom'. These are the key still needed to help support daily life, and also employers value these skills. You will have the opportunity to discuss problems and computer issues with group in order to find solutions and support in using their computer devices. The skills you learn during this course will help you both in daily life and also if you are looking/considering moving into volunteering or employment.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Use the basic tools within Zoom confidently.
- Access websites to search for and retrieve information.
- Identify 2 precautions to take to stay safe on your digital device.
- Identify 3 precautions to take to stay safe while using the internet.
- Identify websites to find information on local volunteer and paid work opportunities.
What else do I need to know?
Learners need to have access to digital equipment such as a laptop or iPad/tablet, together with access to the internet to take part within the session.
