Course aim

A wellbeing course which aims to build confidence and self-esteem.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Feel more self-confident and aware of personal strengths and abilities. Begin to challenge yourself - working towards sharing your skills and abilities with others.
  • Develop working within a group and perhaps undertaking some supervisory or leadership tasks - where comfortable.
  • Continue to use skills we will learn, in managing anxiety and perhaps share those with other learners.
  • Develop actions towards achieving personal goals - whether they are personal or related to work activity etc

How will I be taught?

What kind of feedback can I expect?

What else do I need to know?

There will be no judgements made on any learner. It is a safe environment and one which should feel very relaxed and comfortable.
