Are you in need of a little guidance with your organisational and time keeping skills? Do you have umpteen thoughts and ideas, but don't know how to put them into practice? Maybe you are just fed up of spending all your time and energy on the things you should do and have little time left doing the things you want to do! This short course will help you identify what is important in your life, and how to be mindfully productive in a concise and flexible way. Allowing you to take back control on the two most valuable assests you have; Time and energy.

Course aim

Provide an introduction to better planning and organising with the aim to use what is learnt to better manage life and all that goes with that

  • Create a planner personal to me
  • Understand the benfits of managing my time
  • Reflect and question my decisions
  • Prioritise and organise projects and tasks

  • You are aged 19 years or older on 1st September 2021
  • You declare that the address you provide is correct and that you will provide evidence of this and your eligibility to live and work in the UK
