ICT for customer Services

Ref: C2527665

During this course learners will gain confidence in using a computer, from switching it on, logging on and signing into a company platform. They will gain the knowledge and skills which will be applied when composing an empathetic email to a customer, in response to a complaint. Learners will compose a script which will be used when answering a call from a customer, and information will then be input onto the computer system whilst speaking on the telephone. All these will help when applying for a position in a call centre.

Course aim

to provide learners with an understanding of how to use a computer, including internet safety, and data protection when working in a call centre.
