Introduction to Complementary Therapies

Ref: C2527642

Complementary Therapies are a range of treatments including massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, and bach flowers. They can be used as a standalone treatment, or alongside orthodox to help improve general wellbeing and the symptoms and side-effects of health conditions and their treatment. In the course, you will be given the opportunity to discuss and explore complementary therapies and learn some techniques for you to take home to help you relax, reduce stress, and aid sleep. When we learn the techniques we will be working on our own hands, there will be no contact with other learners.
