You will learn the basics from how to correct your posture, improve balance, learn breathing techiques through stretching and strengthening activities. Exercise can improve your fitness level and this course puts that into practice whilst having fun. A course designed for learners of any level.

A course for women who wish to learn how to improve their fitness level and improve their health and wellbeing through exercise.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- demonstrate your own fitness levels
- learn how to get fit safely
- show increased co ordination
- work towards strengthening your body and show increased energy and wellbeing
- Submit documentation on a digital platform
What else do I need to know?
- You will need to wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. Please bring a drink with you.
