London Level 2 Award in Employability Skills

The course is for London residents aiming to progress in work or looking for work. You need to be aged 19+ and be available to undertake a Level 2 Award course with 36 hours tutor led study. During this course you will learn about and develop a range of skills needed for work. As you build a portfolio of evidence for the level 2 qualification, you will be able to improve your confidence and communication skills; helping you to prepare for employment or for a change in employment.

Course aim

This course will help you to prepare for the world of work.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Appreciate how mindset can improve employability
  • Develop and enhance skills required for the working environment
  • Increase confidence for employment and motivation
  • Improve communication skills and personal effectiveness
