Ever wanted to improve your confidence using online tools like zoo, price comparison sites and resolving problems by trouble shooting the error. Well this is your chance to in a stress free and supportive learning space you will be shown the basics of the digital space and give you confidence to move forwards in digital living.

Course aim

An introduction on how to use online living tools and boost your confidence with digital living.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Develop understanding of online digital living tools such as skype, zoom and price comparison sites.
  • Develop safe digital habits for learning, working and everyday life.
  • Build confidence to use online tools.
  • Develop your ability to confidently troubleshoot.
