How were their lives, full of hardships and pleasures, excitement and bewildering twists, affected by diverse historical and political contexts? What was extraordinary about the first ladies of the Kremlin? You’ll discover new names and unveil some mysteries about familiar people. The course is supplemented by audio and video materials, a reading list and handouts with interactive tasks.
