Course aim:
This session will provide you with information about the ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management. You will be asked to complete some short assessment tasks that will help us to see if this course is right for you.
Course description:
During the session we will discuss your skills and experience with you, talk to you about our courses and ask you to complete a short reading and writing task. The course is for London residents aiming to progress in work or looking for work.
By the end of the course I will be able to:
1. Identify the skills I have, need and will develop during the course
2. Agree whether I will be able to/am ready to undertake the ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management
3. Identify the right course
4. Prepare for enrolment or referral to other learning opportunities
How will I learn?

We expect you to attend your classroom sessions and make time to do any required learning activities on your own.

The WEA tutor will use a range of teaching and learning activities and encourage you and the group to be actively involved in your learning. Your tutor will use tasks to see how you are learning, which may include quizzes, question and answer, small projects, discussion, written or practical work. Your tutor will give you feedback on your learning and progress.
