On this practical course, we will use the three aspects of the body, mind and breath as a framework for exploring yoga as a truly mindful practice. We will try a variety of different breathing practices-techniques; experiment with a range of postures involving lying on the floor, sitting and standing; explore some simple meditation techniques. Every session will end with a period of guided relaxation.

A practical and accessible yoga course exploring a more mindful practice. Developing awareness and use of the body through postures, the mind through simple meditation-mindfulness and the breath using a range of breathing techniques.

- Practice some yoga breathing techniques.
- Practice some yoga postures.
- Explore some yoga meditation practices.
- Experience a mindful yoga practice.
- Be better aware of my body, mind and breath.
What else do I need to know?
You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach / 2 hours after a meal You may bring a yoga mat, block and belt if you have them but they're not essential. Your webcam will need to be set up so you're visible, sitting & standing
