During the session we will discuss your skills and experience with you, talk to you about our courses and ask you to complete a short reading and writing task. The course is for London residents aiming to progress in work or looking for work.
Course aim
This session will provide you with information about the Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills. You will be asked to complete some short assessment tasks that will help us to see if this course is right for you.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?

- Prepare for enrolment or referral to other learning opportunities
What else do I need to know?
You will need a computer, laptop (Windows or Mac), Chromebook or tablet (with external keyboard), internet connection, webcam, speakers, microphone, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) installed. If you don’t have Microsoft Office your tutor will recommend options.
