The course will teach you various ways of using resistance bands to music to be able to do seated exercise that will help you improve mobility, flexibility and make you feel better both physically and mentally. You will not only be taught seated exercise but various other ways of keeping yourself healthy and happy such as therapies like Reiki, Indian head massage, laughter yoga and meditation. We will be looking at all these therapies and the benefits of them.
Course aim
The course will teach you various ways to keep healthy both mentally and physically. You will learn about seated exercise, laughter yoga, using physio balls, resistance balls and alternative therapies and we can help ourselves to feel better.

- Learn 2 basic exercises for laughter yoga and its benefits
- Learn 4 basic seated exercises to music moves.
- Learn 4 ways to meditate and its benefits.
- Build muscle strength by using physio bands and physio balls.
- Learn basics of alternative therapy; emotional freedom, tapping technique and reikhi
