This short course will take a journey into the skills of the counsellor. To do so we will have to consider the nature of the self, since the self is the focus of the any of the main counselling approaches. From there we will consider the 3 main approaches to counselling and consider how these approaches are all based on differing understanding of just what a human being is.From there we will consider what are called the “Core Conditions”.
