Course aim
Explaine a brief history of Belly Dance and the key principles of this form of art. Introduction to variety of steps and Belly Dance moves.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- No skills or experience needed
- This course is suitable for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- demonstrate range of moves and steps
- Create a sequence of steps and moves as part of choreography
- demonstrate more advanced movements
- Participate in the annual show
- demonstrate more confidence while performing on the stage
How will I be taught?
- The WEA tutor will use a range of different teaching and learning methods and encourage you and the group to be actively involved in your learning
What kind of feedback can I expect?
- You will have opportunities to discuss your progress with your tutor
What else do I need to know?
