Tap into your Wisdom

Ref: C3678529

In a supportive live online video learning zoom class you will be guided through a series of creative activities. Week by week the tutor who is an artist and writer will inspire you with prompts to guide you through the journey of imagining who you would like to be. In sketchbooks you will create visual images using collage, painting and/or drawing as well as the use of writing. It is entirely up to you if you wish to share what you have created with others. Your sketchbook is about you and for you, and may lead to you developing more in depth artwork or stories if you choose. The course is aimed at being an enjoyable experience and recognising that often we know more solutions than we often give ourselves credit for. The natural world will be used as a reference source as often when we are tune with nature we are more in tune with ourselves. Sessions will be lead by the tutor who will guide learners to create at the same time from the comfort of their own homes.
