Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • You will need your own personal email address so that you’re able to login to the WEA’s digital learning platform: WEA Canvas. By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • figure out if you are "between" bands, or better at some skills than at others.
  • start to compare and contrast based on the knowledge of your own grammar
  • use some tips to progress more steadily
  • make a study plan and allocate some hours of self study (not less than 3 hours per week would be fine).
  • to spot the grammar points that you need to revise in order to have solid foundations and work from there.

How will I be taught?

  • You will be practising your listening and speaking skills, interacting with the tutor and with the other learners. It will be a very hands-on experience.

What kind of feedback can I expect?
