Learn to needle felt a pair of beautiful Blue Tits. This course is suitable for beginners and improvers. In the first week we will create a basic 'bird' shape and start to mock up the birds features and colouring. We will then progress to adding colour and texture to create a pair of colourful Blue Tits. You will need some basic materials: Needle felting wool, a foam block and needles - full details of colour and amounts required will be published in Canvas so you prepare for the first session. Needle felting is a wonderful past time. It's relaxing, meditative and an extremely versatile craft, which takes up very little space! This course is the first part of a series that will enable you to needle felt many different British Birds. There will be a Tea break within each of these sessions!
