Chef's Question Time

Ref: C3128012

Professional Chef, Kevin Ashton will share his knowledge through demonstrations of cooking techniques and knife skills, as well as various kitchen "hacks" to save both time and money. Kevin will also be happy to offer advice on kitchen equipment both large and small. In previous Question Times, Kevin has shown the class how to cut up a chicken, fillet fresh fish and how make quick and delicious sauces in 15 minutes. The content is based on the questions the students ask him, so get your question in early. Whether the recipes are vegan, vegetarian or include meat Kevin will help you feel more confident in the kitchen. The structure is relaxed and participants will be encouraged to talk about any recipes they have tried or would like to try, as well as pinpoint any areas within cooking they would like to improve upon.
