How do you plan relaxation into your day? Spending time to un-wind and relax pays huge benefits and dividends in our physical and mental health. Having a little 'me time' each day can prevent the build-up of stress and tension and helps to relieve anxiety - learning how to 'let go' and tune into the 'here and now' can help in releasing anxieties from the past and worrying about the future.

Course aim

This workshop teaches us how to 'tune into' our mind and body by using breathing techniques to connect with the body. Using relaxation techniques and visualisation we can discover what it really feels like to feel truly relaxed, peaceful and calm.
