How do you manage stress? We really need to off-load our build-up of stress before it causes detrimental health problems, physically and mentally. By recognising and then relieving stress in the muscles and joints by performing gentle stretches and Tai Chi (seated) we can release tension in the physical body. Using relaxation techniques and creative visualisation we can achieve a sense of calmness and 're-boot' our energy levels helping to return ourselves to a more balanced equilibrium.

Course aim

This workshop works with both the physical and mental body to bring about a sense of well-being and helping to release potentially harmful stress levels, leaving us feeling calm and de-stressed.
