Each session will start with a warm up, working through the body. We will do some dance exercises to help with breathing strength, flexibility and coordination. We will then learn/and or create some dance sequences depending on the group. For this we will draw on different styles of dance as well as traditional dances from other countries and improvisations. We will finish with a cool down and stretch
