Each session will start with an active warm up, working through the body. Then I will introduce some contemporary dance technique, which helps with strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. We will then learn/and or create some dance sequences depending on the group. For this we will draw on different styles of dance as well as traditional dances from other countries and improvisations.
