PIYo is a blend of Pilates and Yoga and is a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, and enhances flexibility. It combines the strength training and body lengthening aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of Yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. A PIYo workout involves fast, dynamic, flowing movements. It is low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. PIYo also boosts your metabolism, increases heart rate and helps increase total fat burning. Why not come along and give PIYo a try.
