Qualified coaches lead Walk2Run groups teaching you to progress from walking to running. 80% of our participants are completely new to running and love to Walk2Run. In Walk2Run groups, you will learn correct running techniques as well as gaining fitness and confidence through walking and running. We usually follow each session with a well-earned hot chocolate. Each session lasts approximately an hour and all you need to do is turn up in weather appropriate clothes and shoes. You do not have to wear any “running kit” but wear something that you are comfortable in, allows you to move easily and will give you some protection from the elements.
