The US Presidents - Abe Lincoln and Successors

Ref: C3744674

We will look at the US Presidents beginning with the Civil War and Abraham Lincoln. We will examine how this period redefined the United States and how it altered and strengthened the role of the Presidency. Of course, everyone knows Abe, but just as fascinating are the stories of those lesser-known Presidents whose difficult task was to implement and preserve his legacy. Their successes and failures have had lasting repercussions that can still be felt in America today.
