We all know that meditation and mindfulness practice can benefit our wellbeing – yet how many of us have been able to commit to regular practice – have even told ourselves ‘I can’t meditate’? On this 6 week course you will have the opportunity to explore the practice and benefits of meditation and mindfulness in more depth. Each week, you will explore and practice different types of guided meditation (e.g. sound, colour, mindfulness, mantra) to enable you to consider your preference. It is hoped that, as a group, we will share our experiences and embed at least 15 minutes a day of meditation into our lives in between sessions. You will be encouraged to keep a journal and reflect on your progress (or lack of progress – there will be no judgements in this group.
