Informal meet-ups for men looking for new social interests and meeting new friends and talking about any areas of interest, concerns and any other matters.

Course aim

Combatting social isolation, making new friends, confidence building, health & wellbeing and investigating men’s hobbies & interests.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • No skills or experience needed

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Know how to access relevant information as needed.
  • Understand the types of services and activities available locally.
  • Use discussion

How will I be taught?

  • This is an informal social meet up for men only.

What kind of feedback can I expect?

  • You will have opportunities to discuss your progress with your tutor
  • Discussions and one to ones.

What else do I need to know?

  • Nothing else is needed

Pre-course work, reading and information sources

  • No pre reading or pre course work is required
