Yoga for Health and Wellbeing

Ref: C3677429

A starter course for those who may not be familiar with yoga or who do not necessarily take any regular exercise, yet who feel that there is something 'missing' in their lives. This is no 'moving by numbers' or gym substitute. You will learn amazing, simple new techniques to help you go through your day in a calmer and more effective way whilst at the same time giving your body a workout. In yoga we do this simply through breathing carefully and correctly in a way that will allow our bodies to repair themselves at a cellular level. You don't have to be 'good' at sport, movement or gym, you just have to want to start to enjoy being really 'you'!

A gentle and informative introduction to a variety of yoga techniques which can make a huge difference to your life. Learn how to reduce stress and improve your sleep patterns as well as your general sense of happiness and wellbeing.
