Practical Painting & Drawing Techniques

Ref: C3676971

This is an ideal course for those wishing to learn a range of painting and drawing techniques in relation to Post Impressionist Art. This term we will focus on achieving finished paintings taking inspiration from Paul Gauguin, Vincent Van Gogh and other artists to create colourful works of art. We will also launch into using water mixable oil paints and students will have the opportunity to learn techniques for using this medium from scratch. During the course there will be plenty of opportunity for students to discuss their progress with their tutor and their peers, all in a friendly and relaxed environment.
