The British Medical Society has stated that the majority of the UK population are not getting enough nutrition from the foods they eat. Malnutrition and Malabsorption Syndrome is a major contribution to many symptoms of feeling "not well" This course is a great opportunity for you to take a closer look at the foods you eat and understand how they affect your body. Find out why foods can change your moods and what else is going on when that is happening. Inflammation is the main cause of more than 200 autoimmune conditions; understand certain foods can be a root cause of inflammation for some and not others and discover the link with typical food sensitive reactions such as eczema and reflux. Take your own food audit and identify any foods you eat which may be causing you to have sensitive reactions. On completion of the full course you will be able to recognise food sensitivities for yourself and your family and how you can deal with them in order to regain your best health.
