This is an outdoor course, where we shall use the stunning natural environment as a platform to improve mental health. Transport will be provided from Weston-super-Mare, taking the small group to locations where we will 'learn as we work', gaining practical skills to benefit both individual health and the wider world. Connecting with new people and developing relationships, you will gain the health benefits of getting outdoors, at a level that suits you. A chance also to give back to our environment, and learn the fundamental connections between mental health and nature.
