Indian Head Massage

Ref: C3530585

Indian Head massage is a brilliant form of self-help and it can be used to energise you when you are feeling low and it can also be used to bring about a calmness and clarity of mind when you are stressed. Indian Head massage promotes wellness by helping to release tension while relaxing the muscles and nerves fibres of the head, neck and shoulders. It can also help to relieve mental fatigue and can promote clearer thinking while bringing about a sense of balance and calm. By learning a simple self-help routine you can add this skill to your self-care toolbox and you can even do this in the shower.
