Mindfulness for Well- being

Ref: C3127014

Mindfulness is being more aware of thoughts, feelings and actions moment by moment. By developing our ability to be mindful more of the time, we can begin to respond to our inner life, our experiences and to other people and events in a way which helps us and others, rather than being led by habits which may not be helpful. The course supports people to build on their ability to be more mindful through practicing sitting and movement meditation, in everyday life experiences, and through discussion and inquiry into experience.
