Live Online Learning - Mandalas and meditation

Ref: C2525923

Learn about Mandalas, what they are, how to use them and how to make your own from basic craft materials, combined with simple meditation techniques which, once mastered, you will be able to use independently to help you relax and reduce your stress levels. These methods are not dependent on faith or religious beliefs and require no special equipment. Each week you will design a different Mandala and use it as a focal point whilst being taken through a guided meditation which will help you to become familiar with both the technique and effects of meditation in a safe and supported environment. You may share your meditation experience with the group, if that feels comfortable, and you will be encouraged to personalise your meditation journey. You will use a personal journal to help you record your progress and to identify any difficulties encountered with the techniques.
