Course aim

In this 2 and 1/4-hour lecture we will explore a range of films about children and childhood from around the world

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • By the end of the course I will have been introduced to a range of films
  • By the end of the course I will have been introduced to key examples of world cinema
  • By the end of the course I will have looked at films in their national, historic and social context

How will I be taught?

  • This is an illustrated lecture with plenty of clips

  • This is a one-off lecture; there will be a feedback survey at the end
