Course aim
To improve wellbeing focussing on posture, improving muscle tone, flexibility and mental wellbeing.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?

- This course is suitable for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Increase core and overall body strength
- Feel stronger and more balanced on feet.
- Improve posture helping to improve muscle aches including minor back problems.
- Improve mental clarity with the use of breath work.
- Become more bodily aware of issues with ones self.
How will I be taught?
- The WEA tutor will use a range of different teaching and learning methods and encourage you and the group to be actively involved in your learning
What kind of feedback can I expect?
- You will have opportunities to discuss your progress with your tutor
What else do I need to know?
- Wear comfortable lose clothing that you can move freely in.
Pre-course work, reading and information sources
- No pre reading is required but research on the subject on the internet or in the library may be helpful
