Connect and Communicate through Music and Movement

Ref: C3743985

Movement is one of the most direct ways to connect to how you feel and who you are. It crosses cultural boundaries, allowing us to communicate in a shared, non-verbal language that is the body moving to music. The tutor will guide you through a gentle warm-up, teaching you how to stretch and relax both body and mind. We will work with different qualities of movement to encourage personal expression and find support through groupl interaction. The aim is to nurture confidence, connection to others and a release of tension physically and mentally.
