Ref: C3742937

Leonard Bernstein was one of the truly great figures of 20th century music. He was a brilliant composer; but equally importantly he was a fine pianist, an internationally celebrated conductor, and a pioneering broadcaster on musical topics. In this short course we shall explore all theses aspects of his work, taking in the enormous range of genres that he covered, from stage musicals such as 'West Side Story' to sacred works like the Chichester Psalms.
