Chair Yoga

Ref: C3675429

This course is aimed at people who would like to begin yoga but may be worried about how to begin safely and gently and feel that a conventional beginners’ yoga class may present physical challenges for them. This is a gentle course run by a qualified and experienced teacher. Physical practices will be adapted to enable students to either practice seated or by using a chair for support. Student will learn physical practices to help improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination and balance. Students will also learn breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help to quiet an active mind and restore good sleep patterns.
